At the moment I only deliver to UK postal addresses.

My standard postage and packing cost is £3.95 regardless of how many items you order from me. Your purchase will be sent by the ‘Royal Mail Signed For’ service.

If you prefer, I can deliver to your workplace ~ just let me know the delivery address once you’re at the checkout stage with PayPal.

Once full payment has been received, orders will be processed and despatched within two (2) working days, but please note that I don’t despatch orders over weekends or on English bank and public holidays. I will let you know by email if there is a delay in despatching your order to you.

I will send you an email on the day your jewellery has been posted to you. I use the ‘Royal Mail Signed For’ service and you should receive your purchase within three (3) working days of my posting.

Please note in busier periods, such as Christmas and Easter, and bad weather, Royal Mail may take slightly longer to get your purchase to you. This will be beyond my control although I will do my best to keep you informed of progress.

You will need to be at home to sign for your purchase as I use the ‘Royal Mail Signed For’ service. If you are out when Royal Mail calls, they will leave a ‘Something for you’ card for you to contact them to rearrange delivery, or you can collect it from your local delivery office.

If the item is returned to me because there was no-one available to receive it or it has not been collected from the delivery office in the allotted time they state on their ‘Something for you’ card, then I will make contact with you by email to ask you to pay the postage again so that I can post it back to you.

It is the responsibility of you, the purchaser, to ensure that all orders are placed in plenty of time before the date you require them to allow adequate time for your order to be processed and despatched.

I post out your orders in bubble-lined envelopes to secure them as much as possible and gift wrap them safely. Wherever practicable, I use recycled paper and card or paper pulp sourced from sustainable forests.
