Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (previously the Distance Selling Regulations), jewellery pieces can be returned to me within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, excluding return postage costs, so long as they have not been worn (apart from earrings, trying on is fine) or damaged by you and are in a re-saleable condition. 

Before trying on or wearing your piece(s), please take into consideration the guidance provided with your purchase and also on our website for caring for your jewellery. 

Should your item be faulty I will repair it or replace it for you (whichever is appropriate once I’ve had the opportunity to inspect the piece on its return to me). I will refund your return postage costs and also cover the postage costs to send your repaired or replacement piece back to you.

Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene and safety I am not able to accept the return or exchange of pierced earrings unless they are faulty.

Items must be returned with their original packaging and labelling and wrapped securely before posting. I recommend that you use the ‘Royal Mail Signed For’ service (which is a trackable service) and include a return address on the package just in case Royal Mail experience any problems in delivering it back to me. I cannot be held responsible for your returned items being lost on their journey back to me.

Please email me at karen@daisiesandgems.co.uk or use the on-line “Get in Touch” form within 48 hours of receipt of your purchase to inform me of your intention to return your jewellery piece(s) and whether you would like an exchange or refund. 

Refunds will be made within 30 days using the same method as the original payment. 

The address to send returns and exchanges will be provided at the time of you getting in touch with me.
